Not exactly curb appeal, 5/30/20, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

Pardon me for mentioning Instagram yet again, but I’ve discovered that it’s starting to change the way I think about photography as an act. I’ve spent the last few weeks exploring places I would normally ignore, shooting seedier things that I would have considered to be beneath me. I’m a bit surprised to discover that I’m enjoying seeking out and photographing the back doors to businesses. I’ve photographed a growing collection of them:

Going in the back to buy drugs, 5/30/20, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

Be a leader, , 5/30/20, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

VIP seating, 5/30/20, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

Private parking yoga, 5/30/20, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

Insurance brokers like it in their backsides, 5/30/20, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

Cardboard only, 5/30/20, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

Three Doors Down, 5/30/20, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

When it comes to taking pictures, I guess it was a surprise to learn I love taking it in the back. Bugger me, eh?
